In reply to Virginia. Hey Virginia, We never did offer them at the desk and our Visitor Services staff have reported that they have not been asked for them too often, so we think we are okay here. We have had to go through multiple rounds of signage to make the option more visible in the museum, but have settled on something we think is working pretty well (signs are on all the floor directories).

Hi Shelley, we are debating whether to make devices available for visitors to borrow to take a mobile trail. I am just wondering if you can give me an update please on whether you ended up offering hardware?
