Thank you for contacting the Brooklyn Museum. Unfortunately, we do not have any objects on display that pertain to how Native Americans influenced the development of New York. I suggest that you visit the new permanent installation “Infinity of Nations” at the National Museum of the American Indian in lower Manhattan. I believe that one of the displays discusses the influence of the Iroquois Confederacy on the structure of the U.S. government, and there may also be a display that relates specifically to New York.
